2. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Our processing time varies depending on the item and current demand. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom orders could take longer. Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

3. Do you accept custom orders?

  • Yes, we love bringing our customers’ creative visions to life! We offer custom orders for certain products, such as personalized collars and leashes. Please contact us directly to discuss your custom order needs.

4. What is your return policy?
