Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receiving the item, but only if the item is damaged upon arrival. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds or Exchanges:
For damaged items, we offer customers the choice of a refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis. If the item is no longer available, we may issue store credit as an alternative.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any personalized or made-to-order items that are specially crafted according to your specifications.
Defective or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photo proof of the issue. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
